Instructions for use / warnings
Dumforter; Bringing Dummies and Comforters to Life. A 3-in-1 Soother, Teether and Comforter solution for your child.
Our Dumforter characters want nothing more than to ensure they are clean and ready for use, before becoming friends with your Child. To help them on their mission, please place Soother / Teether in boiling water for 5 minutes, allow to cool, and squeeze out any trapped water from the Soother before giving the Dumforter to your Child. This is to ensure hygiene.
Please clean before every use. To wash and sterilise your Dumforter, you will need to unclip the comforter from the Soother / Teether. The Comforter can be washed at 30 degrees in the washing machine, and the Soother / Teether can be washed either by hand with warm-soapy water, or in the Dishwasher. DO NOT STERILISE IN MICROWAVE.
Please do not use any other methods of cleaning, than stated above, and ensure to keep stored in a safe place when not in use, to avoid any damage occurring to the Soother / Teether.
For your child’s safety:
Inspect carefully before each use. Pull the Soother / Teether in all directions. Throw away at first signs of damage or weakness.
Only use dedicated soother holders tested to EN12586. Never attach other ribbons or cords to a Soother, your child may be strangled by them.
Please do not leave the Soother / Teether in direct sunlight or near a source of heat, or leave in disinfectant (“sterilising solution”) for longer than recommended, as this may weaken the teat.
Replace the Soother / Teether between one and two months of use, for safety and hygiene reasons.
Never dip the teat in sweet substances or medication, your child may get tooth decay.
In the event that the Soother / Teether becomes lodged in the mouth, DO NOT PANIC; it cannot be swallowed and is designed to cope with such an event. Remove from the mouth with care, as gently as possible.
Always use this product under adult supervision.
